ATA_CAM still needs it.

But why are you doing this? 9.0 defaults to use ATA_CAM, so just build
GENERIC. atadisk is not in GENERIC, but both ata and da ar, though da
has nothing to do with ata_cam. It's the SCSI disk driver.
