Appeal for active bug reports relating to TCP, UDP, routing locking in 7-STABLE

Hi Robert,

Could you please have a look into PR 133572? It's pretty critical for
me (no incoming VPN to the office).
Looks like related to this posting for me.

If more info is needed, I'd be happy to provide. Including an ssh
access for you, or person you name.
