I have some experience with "net/istgt" port and it looks solid compared 
to OpenBSD implementation "net/iscsi-target". Of course your milage may 
wary.

net/istgt

This is an iSCSI target, it serves iSCSI protocol and provides
SCSI devices to the initiator (client).
