I have demanded nothing.  I have made a suggestion or two -- presented  
the background which pretty much everyone agrees with, made some  
suggestions about how to improve it.

dance around the topic, skipping over the relevant part -- how do we  
improve things?

We could improve things.   We could get more resources.  Why not  
consider the topic?
