can I do 6.1-RELEASE to 6.2 via cvsup

'make kernel' makes buildworld and then makes installkernel. So 'make
kernel' both builds and installs the kernel.

'make kernel' is not new (goes back to at least V4), but was not placed
in the UPDATING file until V7.
