I thought i'd have a go at updating from 7.0-BETA2 to BETA3 but hit a
snag, I am using ZFS on root which doesn't support file flags so it
borked in install_unschg(),
	chflags noschg ${BASEDIR}/${F} || return 1

Is there any way to test the underlying filesystem supports flags first?
