RELENG_7 crash in Xfast_syscall?

Im having this crash multiple times, when i start some load.
How could i provide more information about this?.
Do you think this could be a hardware problem?

the kernel is GENERIC without firewire (i need this off) and with
SCHED_ULE. the rest is all the same.
