Strange ACPI messages on Core 2 Duo system

Hi,

I noticed the following in dmesg output should I be concerned? this is 
with 6.2-RELEASE SMP kernel. This is a Gigabyte GA-VM900M with Intel 
Core 2 Duo E4300 CPU.
