install on usb hdd (more info)

I made few steps again and got this errors:

Fist put hdd into Chieftec enclosure IU250 and got:
  uhub2: device problem (IOERROR), disabling port 6

Then hdd is in canyon enclosure:

Simple flash stick works like dragon. What to do further?
