AMD64 Stable fails to boot on Dell PowerEdge 1950

This is key information for running FreeBSD on this device. it should  
be documented in the http://www.freebsd.org/platforms/amd64/ 
motherboards.html page.  Please submit a PR so others can find this  
easily.  Thanks!
