ipw2100 vs ndis(4) -- does it work for anybody?

How is it failing?

Yesterday I updated to the latest RELENG_6, and ndisgen built the
driver module for my Broadcom Wirless device (bcmwl564_sys.ko) on
FreeBSD/amd64.
