5.4 problems with IPFIREWALL_FORWARD

[DJ (e-Plutonia Inc.)]

I compiled the kernel with options IPFIREWALL_FORWARD, and this is what I
still get:

ipfw2 initialized, divert disabled, rule-based forwarding disabled, default
to deny, logging disabled

Any help with this would be appreciated.
