periodic scripts for checking gmirror status?

I'd like to set up a periodic-style script to check the status of my
gmirror RAID.

Before I reinvent the wheel, anyone have one that they'd care t
share?

I'm running Stable, "FreeBSD 5.3-STABLE #10: Sun Feb  6 17:25:02 PST 2005"
