Creating an ISO-Image with 5.2

In 5.x, the device is just acd0 instead of acd0c.
The documentation is still lagging a little in covering 5.x; 
why don't you submit changes so that this particular difference 
can be covered before 5.x is officially recommended for 
ordinary users?
