Creating an ISO-Image with 5.2

You should have /dev/acd0t*, one for each track. Just dd the appropriate
track.

The 'c' designation is the 'all-device' magic partition which I believe
was deprecated with the coming of GEOM. The Handbook is describing the 4.x
behavior.
