Cool.  I've had significant recent experience with MIMEdefang and it 
does a great job, but it's certainly not the only solution in the 
world.  The handling of Perl slaves is pretty well thought out in 
MIMEdefang, probably its strongest feature.  There is the MIME decoding  
part too, which makes it easy to add your own custom filters to work 
over complex MIME messages.
