Correct. I have to power cycle or hard reset the machine to recover it.
The fix in this rev seems to be what is causing the hang for me;

I'm not seeing it on any of my systems other than this particular set
(I have three identical machines), although I don't do SMP on any
other machines.
I might be able to arrange for a BIOS update in case it is being
caused by APM bugs on the motherboard (there is a newer BIOS rev
available) but it would unfortunately take some time since these
machines are in production.
