That was a typo, I meant between 2003.10.01.05.00.00 and 2003.10.15.05.00.00.

*default date=2003.10.07.18.00.00 -- boots and works
*default date=2003.10.08.04.00.00 -- gives me a page fault at apm init

The only change between them is src/sys/i386/i386/pmap.c;
