3com Office Connect 10/100 and PPTP+ipf+ipnat

Hi
The first questions is regarding the 3com Office Connect 10/100 NIC which I haven't been able to get working both under 4.8 and 4.9. Does anyone know how to deal with this?

The second question is about getting a VPN-client using PPTP able to connect to a VPN-server on the outside. The machine with the client on is behind a freebsd 4.9 box with ipf and ipnat. Any ideas?
