Sparc64 doesn't care about you, and you shouldn't care about Sparc64

Considering the number of breakages that happen that would have been
caught by make universe, it is clear that few developers run this target,
so not really a valid argument...

Also, we have universe11{a,b} in the cluster to help cut down the time..
