Fail to install 5.3 on Netra t1

It seems not work, i use the disc2 and miniinst to install, all failure with
following error.

Boot device: disk:a File and args: kernel/unix

ok boot cdrom /boot/kernel/kernel
Boot device: /pci at 1f,0/pci at 1/pci at 1/ide at e/cdrom at 2:f File and args:
/boot/kernel/kernel
