Hey. 

May I first ask, why you still use 11.2? 11.2 is no longer maintained and has reached end of life a while ago. For security purposes an update to 11.4 would be recommended. 

It seems like you are already running FreeBSD. In that case, you can search the packages list for an available package with the command "pkg search opendkim". 
If you find more than one package you can choose which one, or ask further which one to use. For opendkim there should only be one. 

And to answer your question. Yes, opendkim is available on FreeBSD 11.
