Update 11.3 > 11.4

Due to a long standing bug,
https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=237666, I am unable
to use FreeBSD 12.x. I am now on 11.3 and want to move to 11.4. I just
want to confirm a few things.

1) freebsd-update -r 11.4-RELEASE fetch
2) freebsd-update install

Now, since I am primarily using poudriere, all I need to do is update
the poudriere jail and then update all the applications on the system.

Is there anything I am missing?
