PS:

I've got no idea how Wayland behaves regarding permissions.
While in one user's openbox session, I run GUI apps as the logged in
user and at the same time as another user. If security isn't a concern
it can be done by using the sledgehammer "xhost +", but it could be done
more gracile, too.
