too much recursion

Hi!
I have FreeBSD 12.1-RELEASE-p8 (amd65) and I pit in /etc/syctl.conf:
kern.elf32.aslr.enable=1
kern.elf32.aslr.honor_sbrk=0
kern.elf32.aslr.pie_enable=1
kern.elf64.aslr.enable=1
kern.elf64.aslr.honor_sbrk=0
kern.elf64.aslr.pie_enable=1
Now Firefox doesn't start - too much recursion - core dump.
If I put all *elf64 to default values it is okay.
Is the "problem" Firefox or something on my system, please?
Thank you.
