ImageMagick png error: unable to load module '/usr/local/lib/ImageMagick-7.0.7/modules-Q16HDRI/coders/png.la': file not found

All packages installed via pkg.
pkg check shows no problems.

I did pkg delete, reinstall, etc. - still the same.

This is on 11.2-RELEASE-p2.

Any ideas?
