The German Wiki regarding transhumanism
[ https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transhumanismus ] shows a picture of
Oscar Pistorius
Assuming there will ever be a transhuman race based on implants, then in
the future the transhuman master race most likely is allowed to kill or
at least to assimilate humans, but they much likely are not allowed to
kill other transhumans. Probably those transhumans have got a chip in
their brain, that makes them follow the collective. IOW there will be
no greed, fear or stupidity against the transhuman collective. Given
that freethinkers never had a such an easy life as those who go with
the flow, transhumans probably will generate pure envy and hate against
freethinkers. Actually nowadays useful prosthetics from brain pacemaker
to leg prosthesis is used by humans who suffer from a medical issue.
Nowadays those who call them self transhumans are idiots with useless
implants. Implants that at best allow to open a door in the same way we
could open the same door with a RFID thingy on a key ring in our pants
pockets or grotesque expansion of the senses, that actually are not new
senses, but just freakish stimuli of already existing senses.

In the near future I do not expect real transhumans. I even doubt that
transhumans in the far future will use implants, I suspect genetically
modified humans who don't need implants at all.

In the near future I suspect AIO computers with AI that is able to
recognise its purpose. It will configurate itself to a server, server
farm, digital audio workstation or whatever else. However,
misconfigurations will happen and probably run out of control.
