How _completely_ remove/deinstall databases/mysql57-server

THe rc.d scripts are part of the port installation, so if
they aren't modified (which is usually _not_ needed), a
"make deinstall" or "pkg delete" will remove them. Custom
edits to /etc/rc.conf, as you pointed out correctly, have
to be dealt with manually.
