pkg install docker - size mismatch, unable to continue

Hi all, I’m trying to install docker to evaluate Tryton on a new Digital Ocean Freebsd 12 droplet but pkg reports following:
$ sudo pkg install docker

Fwiw, I had tried to install docker unattended by logging in remotely and using nohup but forgot the process would be a little interactive (“are you sure you want to proceed y/n”).
This morning I did not see nohup or pkg in “ps faux”. Could I have left pkg in an unstable state? If I wait a while should the pkg repo will fix itself?
