Now that's something I didn't know about! Googling or a dealer with a 
price turns up nothing; I guess if you need you ask you can't afford it. 
Perhaps they'd lend me some :-)

That sounds like the kind of hack I had in mind, but using USB 3.1 
instead of Ethernet.
