truncate -s 20G wxp.img

Did you create wxp.img that you want to use as the drive? The truncate command between the ifconfig and is the one that creates the empty file to be used. Unless you are running a very recent build of FreeBSD current (last 5 days) you will need some extra work for windows. To get windows running you need to setup an unattended install for windows as there is no gui available during boot.
