Sure.  The IPv4 and IPv6 configuration bits in /etc/rc.conf are pretty
independent.  Having something like:



ifconfig_em0_ipv6="inet6 accept_rtadv"

shouldn't be a problem at all.

(assuming by 'dynamic' you mean SLAAC.  DHCP6 is left as an excercise
for the reader.)
