Yes.  There was a change to the format of DEPENDS lines which has
affected every ports Makefile.  However, this does not mean that you'll
need to recompile every port you have installed -- it doesn't affect the
output from compiling the port in any way.

It's coincident with the change of quarter, because modifying all the
DEPENDS settings in the middle of a quarter would have made it
impossible subsequently to MFH anything to the quarterly branch.
