Our production team here at iXsystems tags out systems with serial numbers that are visible from FreeBSD with dmidecode. It was recently brought to my attention that they boot systems into DOS/EFI to do this. Does anyone know of a way to write various SMBIOS values from within FreeBSD? Thanks, Josh Paetzel
