Deleting files after download

I have really bad experiences with "delete after downloaded".

- Your logs showing the file to be sent is not the same as the file being  
correctly received.
- Users do things like download and save to the wrong place, so they  
delete and download again.

Go with Frank's advice, use a retention period.
