Problem with samba 35

Hi;

System: FBSD 8.2 STABLE amd64

smbd[40272]:   close_remove_share_mode: Could not get share mode lock for file 
xxxx

I keep getting these messages and the system at the store (win) that uses the 
shares keep getting all sorts of problems problems.

Tried everything I could think of without success !!!

This didn't happen with samba 3.0.36.

Can someone help me, please ??
