unable to install netatalk

Hello all,

 I am getting errors while trying to install netatalk from ports collection.
I am running release 6.3 p15 (I know it has already
passed its end-of-life date, I will update it as soon as possible). My ports
tree is updated.

 Any help is welcome. Here is the output:
