usb kbd and ums problem

I have a problem with my newly installed Freebsd6.3. I use USB keyboard and mouse, when start it all goes well, but after system boot process initalize usb2 controllers, both my keyboard and mouse disappear. I have to physically unplug them and plug them in again to use them.

I have ums_load="YES" and ukbd_load="YES" in /boot/loader.conf, but not seems to solve the issue.

PS. when I plug both keyboard and mouse into an external usb hub, it works seamlessly.

Any ideas?
