like sSMTP, but with alternate config

I found this in the sSMTP manpage today:

-Cfile (ignored) Use alternate configuration file.

Is there something substantially like sSMTP in ports that allows use of
alternate configuration files, rather than just accepting and ignoring
sendmail options for alternate configuration files?
