Updating older 7.0 to newer sources, local buildworld problems

I don't see the need for that, /usr/src/ isn't particularly precious,
and it may well be the case that you do need to remove that many files
across a major upgrade.

Since it already exists (I'm using it), the best tag to use is
RELENG_7_0
