alt-64 in kde (@)

control centre -> regional & accessibility -> Input actions

Add a new one, using examples as a guide.I tied it with alt+, to get an @ key, 
cause I don't have a numpad here, and it works. I selected "Active window" to 
be sent to, so it should work on anything.
