can not start phpmyadmin after upgrade to 2.10.3

You have to update php5-session port, it's usually installed by
php5-extensions port.
At my home FreeBSD box I'd just ran following command:
  portupgrade php*
and in the morning all the things were working... May be you will want
to run
  portupgrade php5-session
I think it would help you ;)
