Best gigabit network interface for FreeBSD?

I have an em built into the MB of a Dell PowerEdge 400SC and have no  
complaints. It will send/receive data at whatever the discs will  
support, typically 40+ MB/sec, 55 MB/sec to/from some locations on disk.
