qt-3.3/php 5.1.6 does not compile FreeBSD 6.2-PRE/AMD64

That's it, I did the same!
So I need a dedicated WITH_THREAD for perl and in common non-threaded
version for libxml2.

Will try this immediately! Thnaks.
