Sendmail greet_pause config

According to the release note freebsd 4.7 used 8.12.6 
(http://www.freebsd.org/releases/4.7R/relnotes-i386.html#AEN480)

If you are using the version from ports you need to use 
/usr/local/share/sendmail  not /usr/share/sendmail
