FreeBSD 6.0 compat with DL320 G4

I have a DL320 G4 in the rack and the thing panics under 6.1-RC1
when more than a few K of data is sent over the bge interface.  I
haven't tried 6.0-RELEASE on it.  Just make sure you can return it
if it doesen't work.
