5.4 to 6.0 upgrade

This tells you right here that you didn't, in fact, upgrade to
RELENG_6.  Check that your source was completely updated, and that you
precisely followed the upgrade instructions in UPDATING or the
handbook.  At a guess, you omitted the step when you build and install
the new kernel.
