Please don't top-post :-/

If manpath.config is the only file you are missing from /etc, you can
restore it by running as root:

    # install -o root -g wheel -m 644 \
        /usr/src/gnu/usr.bin/man/manpath/manpath.config \
        /etc/manpath.config

If you see anything else missing from /etc, let us know.
