I forgot.. that that if using foomatic you need foomatic filter:

http://www.linuxprinting.org/download.cgi?filename=foomatic-rip&show=0

Copy it to:
/usr/local/libexec/cups/filter/

And set it as executable

chmod 700 foomatic-rip
