magicfilter 2.3.b: double sided printing on PS printer possible?

Dear Sirs.
Since the change from the older magicfilter 1.X to the newer version 2.X 
it's impoosible to me to print double sided on a double sided-capable 
PS-printer.

In magicfilter 1.X I was able to add several piped preprocessings (psset 
---setpagedevice=DOUBLE:true). In magicfilter 2.X this seems to be more 
complicated to do via editing the magicfilter.cf configuration file 
(which I can't).

Does anyone has a hint?
